This page is for discussion of DID/MPD and the book, The Shining Man with Hurt Hands by Ellis “Elskon” Skolfield.

We recommend that you download this wonderful resource to help you on your journey. The name of the PDF free book is The Shining Man with Hurt Hands. It used to be available for free on Mr. Skolfield’s website, but since he passed away in 2015, his website has been removed recently.  So I have uploaded the free book here. Click to download.    Shining-Man

You will need Adobe Reader to read it. Here’s a link to help you get started: https://get.adobe.com/reader/

Thoughts on DID 1

One thought on “Shining Man Page”

  1. If you’ve read the book, you know why we are excited! A then-72-year-old saint risked his reputation and his ministry to bring comfort to those of us who struggle with DID/MPD.

Ellis “Elskon” Skolfield wrote a foundational handbook to help those who didn’t even know how to begin to understand what it is like to live with DID/MPD. His love, devotion and attention to each person has pointed the way to Jesus, who is the Way, the Truth and the Life!

While we are building upon this work in our own system, we will always be grateful to Elskon for showing us the way to allow JESUS to bring us new life and healing to ALL of us.
